Wil Pipkins - Executive Chef
Wil is a chef known for his work in Shreveport grilling the perfect steak at restaurants like The Cub, La Rouge, and more. He has set out to own his own restaurant and craft a menu perfect for his patrons.
He has hand picked an attentive wait staff to compliment the scrumptious menu.
Lawana London - Dessert Chef
Lawana was born and reared here in Shreveport. She was taught by her mother, grandmother and aunts how to bake. Seven years ago she created Tummy Time Cakes and Dessert’s from passed down family recipes. She prides herself on using fresh, local ingredients to recreate her family recipes. "I prefer 'dessert chef' to Pastry Chef because I’ve had no formal training. I honor my legacy by baking and sharing a little piece of my family."
Hanna Moore - General Manager
Hanna gained restaurant experience in almost every position in different places in Shreveport and Ruston, LA throughout high school and college.
"I want to focus on bringing a fresh new take on the steakhouse environment. I want to make sure we support other local businesses and really focus on the little touches that go into making a restaurant special."
